|Usage Note:||The Code '0' (zero) was used for two separate occasions. (1) It was used if a respondent did not answer a question at all. (2) It was used if they did not check off a multiple response question. It will be evident if a respondent failed to turn over the questionnaire because he/she will have all zeros across the board starting with question L.|
