Usage Note: Telephone interviews were conducted in each country, except in Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Turkey where face to face interviews were used. See documentation for more details. Interviews in Italy, Portugal, Spain and the United States included cellular telephone interviews. Additional support for this study was provided by Foundacion Luso-American Foundation--Portugal, Foundacion BBVA--Spain, and the Tipping Point Foundation--Bulgaria.
