The Fannie Mae Monthly Key Indicators survey series (a subset of the complete monthly Fannie Mae National Housing Survey) is a monthly attitudinal survey, which polls the adult general population of the United States to assess their attitudes toward owning and renting a home, purchase and rental prices, homeownership distress, household finances, and overall confidence in the economy. Included in this data collection is a cumulative file including key monthly indicators conducted from January, 2010 to May, 2015 and 61 individual monthly studies.
